Regulations for Long Holiday Tickets in 2025
According to the Standard Contract for Passenger Transit in Domestic Flights drawn up by the Civil Aeronautics Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, tickets for flights scheduled during a 3-day or a longer legal holiday are "valid on date/flight shown only and rendered invalid thereafter." For tickets refund, please apply at the original issuing office before the flight departure.

Ticket-related usage restrictions
※Full-fare:
1. Passengers aged 12 (inclusive) and above.
2. The ticket is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
3. Tickets can be refunded within 2 years from the issuance date, with a 10% refund handling fee based on the ticket price.
4. For routes during the Lunar New Year and other consecutive holidays (3 days or more), the ticket is "only valid for the very date and flight; expired tickets will be void". Refunds must be processed before the flight's departure. (Excluding for Taipei - Taitung, Kaohsiung - Hualien, Taichung - Hualien routes).
The refund service fees for tickets during the aforementioned holiday peak periods are as follows:
(1) 7 days or more prior to the departure date: 10%
(2) 1 to 6 days prior to the departure date: 20%
(3) On the day of departure (prior to the flight): 30%
(4) After flight departure: The ticket is void and non-refundable.
5. According to Standard Contracts Involving Domestic Civil Air Transport Services, passengers who hold tickets issued before the ticket fare adjustment must made up or returned the price difference based on the new fare.
※Children:
1. For passengers aged 2 (inclusive) to under 12 only, based on the actual eparture date.

Applying for a proof of purchase
- Submissions
Passengers should submit their applications to the airport counter of Mandarin Airlines.
- Requirements
1. Passengers applying for a proof of purchase must show a ticket valid within two years.
2. When applying for a receipt, passengers must provide the exact ticket number for the issuance of a proof of purchase.
3. When passengers fail to provide the exact ticket number, Mandarin Airlines reserves the right to stop the search and re-issuance procedures.
