Full Airfare for Domestic Flights

2.Parenthesized prices are net prices excluding sales taxes. These prices apply only to tickets issued in Penghu County, Kinmen County, and Lianjiang County according to Offshore Islands Development Act. (limited to the route depart from the above region to Taiwan)
3.All prices listed above are prices for one-way journey，A round trip ticket is double the price.

Regulations for Long Holiday Tickets in 2025

According to the Standard Contract for Passenger Transit in Domestic Flights drawn up by the Civil Aeronautics Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, tickets for flights scheduled during a 3-day or a longer legal holiday are "valid on date/flight shown only and rendered invalid thereafter." For tickets refund, please apply at the original issuing office before the flight departure.
The routes and traveling period affected by the above mentioned ticket restrictions "valid on date/flight shown only and rendered invalid thereafter" are shown below： (Excluding Taipei-Taitung、 Kaohsiung-Hualien and Taichung-Hualien routes)

Ticket-related usage restrictions

※Full-fare:

1. Passengers aged 12 (inclusive) and above.
2. The ticket is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
3. Tickets can be refunded within 2 years from the issuance date, with a 10% refund handling fee based on the ticket price.
4. For routes during the Lunar New Year and other consecutive holidays (3 days or more), the ticket is "only valid for the very date and flight; expired tickets will be void". Refunds must be processed before the flight's departure. (Excluding for Taipei - Taitung, Kaohsiung - Hualien, Taichung - Hualien routes).
The refund service fees for tickets during the aforementioned holiday peak periods are as follows:
(1) 7 days or more prior to the departure date: 10%
(2) 1 to 6 days prior to the departure date: 20%
(3) On the day of departure (prior to the flight): 30%
(4) After flight departure: The ticket is void and non-refundable.
5. According to Standard Contracts Involving Domestic Civil Air Transport Services, passengers who hold tickets issued before the ticket fare adjustment must made up or returned the price difference based on the new fare.

※Children:

1. For passengers aged 2 (inclusive) to under 12 only, based on the actual eparture date.
2. Price: 75% of the the full fare.
3. The ticket is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
4. If unable to present Relevant ID during check-in, passengers must purchase a full-priced ticket at the airport counter.
5. Tickets can be refunded within 2 years from the issuance date, with a 10% refund handling fee based on the ticket price.
6. For routes during the Lunar New Year and other consecutive holidays (3 days or more), the ticket is "only valid for the very date and flight; expired tickets will be void". Refunds must be processed before the flight's departure. (Excluding for Taipei - Taitung, Kaohsiung - Hualien, Taichung - Hualien routes).

3. The ticket is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
4. If the required certificate (ID or household registration) is not presented during check-in, passengers must purchase a full-priced ticket at the airport counter.
5. Tickets can be refunded within 2 years from the issuance date, with a 10% refund handling fee based on the ticket price.

  3. Refund fee: 25% of the ticket fare before the flight takes off; 50% of the ticket fare after the flight takes off.

  ※Promotion 2:

  1. The ticket is limited to the same flight on the same day and change of the flight is not acceptable.
  2. The ticket is only valid for the booked flight on the same day.
  3. Refund fee: it is 25% of the ticket fare before the flight takes off; the ticket is invalid and refund is not acceptable after the flight takes off.

  ※Resident:

  1. Applicable to citizens of the R.O.C(Taiwan) who are registered residents of the Kinmen/Penghu/Matsu areas.
  2. The ticket is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
  3. If the required certificate (ID or household registration) is not presented during check-in, passengers must purchase a full-priced ticket at the airport counter.
  4. Tickets can be refunded within 2 years from the issuance date, with a 10% refund handling fee based on the ticket price.

  1. Only applicable for Dynasty card member. Please refer to the new membership instruction.

  Applying for a proof of purchase

  • Submissions

  Passengers should submit their applications to the airport counter of Mandarin Airlines.

  • Requirements

  1. Passengers applying for a proof of purchase must show a ticket valid within two years.
  2. When applying for a receipt, passengers must provide the exact ticket number for the issuance of a proof of purchase.
  3. When passengers fail to provide the exact ticket number, Mandarin Airlines reserves the right to stop the search and re-issuance procedures.
