Refund Application / Inquiry

1. Online refund is only for tickets purchased through Mandarin Airlines website, APP or convenience stores with credit card or LINE Pay.

2. For LINE Pay transactions, ticket refund must be made within 150 days from the date of purchase. If more than 150 days have passed since the purchase date, please contact our airport counters for refunds.

3. If the ticket was paid with cash via Mandarin Airlines airport counters or convenience stores, please contact our airport counters for refunds.

4. For tickets purchased through the travel agency or third-party booking site, please contact them directly for refund.

5. Refund application can be applied on next day of ticket purchase date.

6. Applications for refund via this system will be charged surcharge, except when you encounter flight cancellation due to weather conditions or other events of force majeure factors, you can apply for refund without surcharge via this system or MDA App one hour after flight cancellation.

7. The refund handling fee will be deducted from the original sum, and we'll process your refund amount back to the original credit card account for 14 working days after receiving your refund application. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
