Full Airfare for Domestic Flights

2.Parenthesized prices are net prices excluding sales taxes. These prices apply only to tickets issued in Penghu County, Kinmen County, and Lianjiang County according to Offshore Islands Development Act. (limited to the route depart from the above region to Taiwan)
3.All prices listed above are prices for one-way journey，A round trip ticket is double the price.

Regulations for Long Holiday Tickets in 2024

According to the Standard Contract for Passenger Transit in Domestic Flights drawn up by the Civil Aeronautics Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, tickets for flights scheduled during a 3-day or a longer legal holiday are "valid on date/flight shown only and rendered invalid thereafter." For tickets refund, please apply at the original issuing office before the flight departure.
The routes and traveling period affected by the above mentioned ticket restrictions "valid on date/flight shown only and rendered invalid thereafter" are shown below： (Excluding Taipei-Taitung、 Kaohsiung-Hualien and Taichung-Hualien routes)

Ticket-related usage restrictions

※Full-fare:

1. Applicability: Passengers above 12 years old (incl.)
2. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
3. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
4. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays that last for more than three days. Refunds shall be requested before the flight takes off. (Excluding Taipei - Taitung, Taichung – Hualian, Kaohsiung - Hualian routes)

※Children:

1. Applicability: Passengers between the ages of 2 (incl.) and 12 years, subject the departure date.
2. Fare: 75% of the full-fare.
3. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
4. Passengers who did not present required documents during check-in shall buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
5. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
6. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. Refund shall be requested before the flight takes off. (Excluding Taipei - Taitung, Taichung – Hualian, Kaohsiung - Hualian routes)

※Senior:

1. Applicability: ROC passengers above 65 years (incl.), subject to the departure date.
2. Fare: 50% of the announced full-fare.
3. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
4. Passengers who did not present required documents during check-in shall buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
5. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
6. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. Refund shall be requested before the flight takes off. (Excluding Taipei - Taitung, Taichung – Hualian, Kaohsiung - Hualian routes)

※Disabled:

1. Applicability: Passengers with ROC Disability Cards issued by competent authority.
2. Fare: 50% of the announced full-fare.
3. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
4. Passengers who did not present required documents (disability cards) during check-in shall buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
5. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
6. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. Refund shall be requested before the flight takes off. (Excluding Taipei - Taitung, Taichung – Hualian, Kaohsiung - Hualian routes)

※Disabled Companion:

1. Companions of the disabled: Passengers carrying a disability card may have one companion who can enjoy a half-fare discount. For passengers who used the reissued “Disability Certificate” (new certificate) to buy a ticket, only one companion may enjoy the half-fare discount if the “Special Offer for the Required Companion” field is filled with “Domestic Public Transportation”.
2. Fare: 50% of the announced full-fare.
3. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
4. If the passenger is not accompanied as described above, the companion must mark up the difference to a full-fare ticket.
5. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
6. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. Refund shall be requested before the flight takes off. (Excluding Taipei - Taitung, Taichung – Hualian, Kaohsiung - Hualian routes)

※Military:

1. This is a ticket only for soldiers who are currently serving in the ROC Army.
2. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
3. Passengers who did not present required documents during check-in shall buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
4. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
5. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. Refund shall be requested before the flight takes off. (Excluding Taipei - Taitung, Taichung – Hualian, Kaohsiung - Hualian routes)

※Promotion 1:

The ticket is limited to the same flight on the same day and change of the flight is not acceptable.
2. Refund is acceptable within 1 year after expiration of the ticket (only the same flight on the same day).
3. Refund fee: 25% of the ticket fare before the flight takes off; 50% of the ticket fare after the flight takes off.

※Promotion 2:

1. The ticket is limited to the same flight on the same day and change of the flight is not acceptable.
2. The ticket is only valid for the booked flight on the same day.
3. Refund fee: it is 25% of the ticket fare before the flight takes off; the ticket is invalid and refund is not acceptable after the flight takes off.

※Offshore Adult:

1. Applicability: ROC nationals and residents in Kinmen/Penghu (adults and children) who buy tickets for the flights from/to the location of their residence.
2. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
3. Passengers who did not present required documents (original ID card or household certificate) during check-in shall buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
4. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
5. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. ※Offshore Senior:

1. Applicability: ROC nationals and residents in Kinmen/Penghu above 65 (incl.) who buy tickets for the flights from/to the location of their residence.
2. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
3. Passengers who did not present required documents (original ID card or household certificate) during check-in shall buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
4. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
5. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. 1. Applicability: Residents in Kinmen/Penghu who have the ROC disability cards (certificates) issued by an ROC competent authority and buy tickets for the flights from/to the location of their residence.
2. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
3. Passengers who did not present required documents (original disability card, ID card or household certificate) during check-in shall buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
4. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
5. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. Refund shall be requested before the flight takes off. (Excluding Taipei - Taitung, Taichung – Hualian, Kaohsiung - Hualian routes)

※Offshore Disabled Companion:

1. Applicability:
a. ROC nationals and residents in Kinmen/Penghu who buy tickets for the flights from/to the location of their residence.
b. The passenger having a disability card may have one companion who can enjoy a half-fare discount. For the passenger who used the reissued “Disability Certificate” (new certificate) to buy a ticket, only one companion may enjoy the half-fare discount if the “Special Offer for the Required Companion” field is filled with “Domestic Public Transportation”.

3. Passengers who did not present required documents (original ID card or household certificate) during check-in shall buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
4. Refund is acceptable within 1 year of the valid date (limited to the same flight you take on the same day).
5. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
6. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays that last for more than three days. Refunds shall be requested before the flight takes off. (Excluding Taipei - Taitung, Taichung – Hualian, Kaohsiung - Hualian routes)

※Dynasty:

1. Applicable to members of Dynasty Flyer Card.
2. Passengers who do not have a Dynasty Flyer Card membership must buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
3. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
4. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.
5. Use of the ticket is subject to the “same flight on the same day. The ticket is invalid after the expiration” for the announced controlled routes and periods during Chinese New Year and other holidays for more than three days. ※Dynasty Gold:

1. Applicable to members of Dynasty Flyer Card Gold/Emerald/Paragon.
2. Passengers who do not have a Dynasty Flyer Card membership must buy a full-fare ticket at the airport counter.
3. Tickets are valid for 1 year after the issue date.
4. Refund is acceptable within 2 years after the issue date. The refund fee is 10% of the ticket fare.

Issuing Receipts

Applying for a proof of purchase

• Submissions

Passengers should submit their applications to the airport counter of Mandarin Airlines.

• Requirements

1. Passengers applying for a proof of purchase must show a ticket valid within two years.
2. When applying for a receipt, passengers must provide the exact ticket number for the issuance of a proof of purchase.
3. When passengers fail to provide the exact ticket number, Mandarin Airlines reserves the right to stop the search and re-issuance procedures.
