Itinerary Change

1. Itinerary change can be made up to 2 hours prior to flight departure through the system.

2. Changes of date and/or flight online is only applicable for an one way or unused round trip itinerary involving the same routes.

3. Itinerary change must apply to all passengers under the same booking record. If only some passengers on the booking request to change their flight, please contact Mandarin Airlines Customer Service Center.

4. Any special requests for the new itinerary must be requested again, please contact our Customer Service Center for assistance.
