1. This service required to enter passenger name、ticket number and other necessary data for print certificates. Please contact our Customer Service Center for assistance if you do not know your ticket number.

2. Invoice application can be applied within two years from the date of ticket purchase. Please do not tamper with the content or layout to avoid breaking the law. 

3. The payment certificate for passengers as for reference only, and cannot be used as a boarding pass.

4. It's not applicable for refund tickets to apply Invoice Application. 

5. Group passenger and for tickets purchased through travel agency, please contact the original issuing travel agency to obtain an invoice.
