Mandarin Airlines will follow the flight schedule exactly to maintain the rights and interests of passengers. To prevent a delay, cancellation of flights, or involuntary rejection of boarding is caused by force majeure (such as weather condition change, mechanical failure not attributed to the airline, an order by the civil aviation authority, or other unavoidable situations) or factors within reasonable human control from affecting the schedule of passengers, Mandarin Airlines shall provide all necessary assistance for passengers to minimize all inconveniences caused.
