Mandarin Airlines customers with confirmed booking and ticketing are eligible for domestic flight on-line eCheck-in. This service is available 1 to 24 hours before your flight scheduled departure time. Within the same time frame you can also cancel check-in or change your seat. After check-in completion, your seat selection will be reserved until 30 minutes before flight scheduled departure time.

Please come to our check-in counter no later than 30 minutes and have your boarding pass printed with self-service check-in device.

In addition, you can access “Mandarin Airlines APP” to check in and consecutively get your boarding pass. We sincerely invite our customers to explore our APP services and enjoy all the convenience.

  Enter your full name and booking code (usually comprising of 6 alphanumeric characters) to start check-in process.

      2. Check-in

  Then we display your flights and travel companions of the same booking record. You can also check in for them.

      3. Seat selection

  A seat map will be displayed for you to decide whether you want to be seated next to your travel companions or not. 。

  Some seats may not be open, such as seats in emergency exits rows. Please contact our check-in counter when you arrive at airport.
