Cargo Size Calculation
When using the tigerair A320 aircraft type, the size of the cargo is limited to 180cm in width and 120cm in height,and the weight does not exceed 32kg.

Cargo Service
Cargo Service Declaration: To ensure aviation safety and quality, except for dangerous goods allowed for carrying or transporting by flight crew and passengers as prescribed in the Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) promulgated by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and approved by CAA (e.g. SARA specimens, etc.), this Company will not transport other dangerous goods, statutory contrabands, and goods with unpleasant smells.
Except for fresh and aquatic products, the domestic cargo services of this Company will not accept all other live animals. For special cargo terms, please contract our cargo staff at (02) 2717-1188 for the notice and limitation on domestic cargo services:
Notice and Limitation for Domestic Cargo Services：
Senders should show our staff their citizen ID card, truthfully report the contents of cargo, and register the name of cargo and the full name and contact information of the recipient. Senders should also sign the shipping notice and write down your ID card number in the shipping notice.
When collecting goods, recipients should show their citizen ID card or the seal of the company/agency. After examining the name, address, and phone number with recipients as indicted in the shipping notice, our cargo staff will release the goods. When shipping fragile goods, senders should sign the “Release and Waiver of Liability”.
Valuable items:
Such as cash, checks, gold, silver, pearls, agates, diamonds, jewelry, antiques, and stamps that are considered as expensive objects or objects with sentimental value. This Company will not transport such items.
Marketable securities:
This Company also will not transport checks, stocks, bank passbooks, and deeds.
Live animals:
Except for aquatic products (e.g., fish, shrimp, tortoises, crabs, frogs, snails, and soft shell products), this Company will not transport all other live animals.
Goods with a strong smell:
Goods with a strong smell that can make passengers feel unpleasant such as human bodies or cremated remains and other flammable objects and dangerous goods (including freezing material: dry ice).
