Q1.	Is any special meal or special service (like wheelchair...) open for eCheck-In?
A.	No. Special meal or special service like wheelchair is not offered at eCheck-In process. Please request so when you make reservation before eCheck-In process or you can ask for assistance at the airport check-in counter if you have completed eCheck-In procedures.

Q2.	Why system can't find my booking record when I login by Dynasty Flyer card number?
A.	You will also have to make reservation under your card number in advance.

Q3.	Is eCheck-In available for all Mandarin Airlines flights?
A.	Currently eCheck-In is not available for all Mandarin Airlines international flights departing from certain airports. Please kindly check system summary.

Q4.	Can I do eCheck-In for travelling companions as well?
A.	Yes, eCheck-In is available for passengers travelling together in the same booking record.

Q5.	Can I proceed to the boarding gate directly after completing eCheck-In procedures?
A.	No, You must present yourself at airport check-in counter to pick up the boarding pass, check in your luggage (if any), hand over your ticket (if it is not E-Ticket) and travel documents (Passport, Visa, Ticket...etc. ) for verification.

Q6.	Can I cancel after eCheck-In is completed
A.	Yes, you may cancel those passengers who were processed eCheck-In by yourself.

Q7.	Can I eCheck-In onward connecting flights?
A.	Yes, You may process eCheck-In on your onward connecting flights. As they are controled by other carriers, it may not be successful all the time. Please ask for assistance at airport check-in counter when it fails at eCheck-In.

Q8.	How many passengers can I eCheck-In at one time?
A.	The eCheck-In process is allowed up to 9 persons in the same booking record. Under this condition, you may choose as many as you like for eCheck-In.

Q9.	Is seat-selection or seat-change open for eCheck-In?
A.	Yes, You may select or change your seat only after you have already completed eCheck-In procedures.

Q10.	Who is eligible for use of eCheck-In?
A.	eCheck-In is available for all China Airlines passengers with confirmed booking. You can enter the system either by Dynasty Flyer card number or booking data.

1.	eCheck-in is available for all Mandarin Airlines passengers with confirmed booking.
2.	Please ensure you have the passport and ticket information as well as visa of every travel companion in your booking record.
3.	eCheck-in is not associated with all Mandarin Airlines flights departing from certain airports. Please kindly check the system summary
4.	24 hours up to 3 hours prior to flight departure time is the time period open for eCheck-in.
5.	After completion of your eCheck-in, please pick up your boarding pass at least 1 hour before flight departure time at Mandarin Airlines check-in counter and check in your baggage (if any).
6.	Due to baggage check-in, immigration and security, eCheck-in does not cover all process required at check-in counter. However, it saves your time waiting at airport.
7.	Passengers bound for Japan and Korea are required by both government regulations to fill up their passport data.
8.	Our eCheck-in system is connected to the one of China Airlines. You may be redirected to certain pages of China Airlines website in the process.
9.	• Please peruse the terms and conditions and Q & A of eCheck-in. In case of any further inquiry, please feel free to contact us by email or call up Mandarin Airlines airport offices for assistance.
10.	• Should you require any special services (special meal, wheelchair, etc.), please inform our reservation call center before access to eCheck-in. If your eCheck-in is done, our airport check-in counter shall take such special service requests. Your request may not be thoroughly satisfied in this circumstance, as time for preparation may be insufficient. We will still try all our effort to make arrangement for you.

From now on, as long as you have acquired confirmed booking of Mandarin Airlines flight, your are invited to eCheck-in system, which allows you to check in on-line and to select a seat yourself. Starting from 24 hours until 3 hours prior to your flight departure time, the system is at your service. Your seat selection will also be reserved until 1 hour before flight departure time. Within the same time limit, cancellation of eCheck-in is at your command as well.

Our eCheck-in is not yet opened for flights departing from the following stations.

(KLO) Kalibo and (LAO) Laoag of the Philippines, (CJJ) Cheongju, (CJU) Jeju of South Korea, (NKG) Nanking/Nanjing and (HGH) Hangzhou of China, and all charter destinations in Japan.

You may choose to log in eCheck-in system by your booking reference, which is the six-character alphanumeric code starting usually with “K”. Your travel agency and our reservation service center would provide you such a code at your earliest convenience. The other alternative is to log in by your Dynasty Frequent Flyer number. In this way, your personal password is required to identify yourself. Are you still not a member? Why not join now?

After your log-in is recognized, the system will show your flight and travel companion(s) names in connection with your booking reference. You can also check in your all your companions (children and infants also applicable) if they amount to less than 9 persons.

The immigration authorities of Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States require all airlines to provide passenger passport information prior to departure of any inbound flight to ensure safety and security.
If you are travelling to one of these countries, you can still use eCheck-in provided that all of the relevant passport information for you and anyone travelling with you has been completed. If any passport information is missing or incorrect, you can add or edit that information through the eCheck-in system.
Please note that all travel in such instance is subject to the approval of immigration authorities in the destination countries.
If you feel confused or troubled on this step, you may leave all blanks vacant. Our check-in counter staff will be happy to assist you at airport.

The eCheck-in system will show you the seat map of aircraft for you to choose your favorite seat. No matter you intend to seat yourself together with your travel companion or not, the arrangement is up to your finger click.

In addition, some seats, like seats on emergency exit row, shall be released by airport check-in counter only. This is in consideration of flight safety. Should you require such seats, please contact our counter while checking in at airport.

Once you have reached the check-in confirm list page, you have been checked in on our system. Please print the page and present it to our airport check-in agent. If printing is not convenient to you, we can still retrieve your eCheck-in record in our system. We will issue you boarding pass and meet your baggage check-in need after your travel documents are confirmed ready for your travel.
