Checking in for your flight |
| |
Allowing yourself sufficient time to complete check-in and all the necessary security, immigration, and/or customs formalities is essential for boarding your flight smoothly.
The operation time of Mandarin Airlines check-in counters and the time required for pre-boarding procedures vary from airport to airport. In general, we recommend that you start check-in 2 hours before the flight scheduled departure time. However, you may need 3 hours or even more for some busy airports with strict procedures, such as those in the U.S. |
| |
Please note that Mandarin Airlines boarding area at the Seoul Incheon International Airport has been designated to Concourse A. We strongly suggest you check in at least 1 hour before scheduled departure time to allow yourself enough time to proceed to the boarding gate. |
| |
Passengers with special needs or considerations, e.g. unaccompanied minors, the disabled, deaf, blind, carrying block seat cabin baggage, use a wheelchair, etc., are recommended to check in at least 2 hours before scheduled departure time. Thus we can have lead-time in preparation for special services.
It is very important that you check in on time. Your reserved seat may be released and you could be denied boarding if you were late. |
